Downloading the Simply Customer App

You can easily access Simply’s customer app by downloading it from the App Store for your iPhone or and Goolgle Play Store for Android phones. Just search for 'Simply Asset' and use the picture below to help you find it. 

Once downloaded, the icon will appear on your mobile phone. Click on the App to load it for the first time. Here you will be presented with the log on screen for the first time.
 

Here you will need to enter your unique username and password given to you by your Sales Manager. 

If you can not remember your password, click on the 'Lost your password' link and enter the email address associated to your account or speak to your Sales Manager.  

When logging on for the first time you will be presented with whether you would like to receive 'Push Notifications'. These are the notifications that get sent to your phone directly.

These are useful for us to be able to communicate key information to you and can be turned on and off from within the App.
