Customer App My Details

Within the My Details option you will find all your details such as name, address, contact email, contact no. etc. You are able to edit these details as when you choose to by simply clicking on the Edit option at the top. 
You can also set some of your preferences here:

- Consent To Market (for us to let you know about new offerings and products)
- Subscription to Simply Newsletter (for us to let you know what's going on)
- Subscription to Simply Stock List (for us to email you when new Assets become available)

Don't forget to click Submit so that the changes save and are sent through. 

 If you would like to update your bank or direct debit details, you can do so by clicking the  ‘Update bank or direct debit details’ button. You will be asked to confirm whether you would like to proceed just in case you hit it by accident. By clicking on  ‘Ok’ an automated email will be sent to customer services who will get in touch with you to complete the request.
