Customer App - Deal Details
You will see:
Balance: The balance remaining on the Deal.
Next Payment Date: The next payment date for this Deal.
Repayment Amount: The next repayment amount.
Start Date: The Start Date of the Agreement
End Date: The End Date of the Agreement
Additionally, there are options available specifically to this deal:
Request Early Settlement: An automatic email will be sent to our Customer Service team who will let you know when your settlement figures are ready.
Contact [ ]: This lets you know who is the Sales Manager for your accounts and let you call them.
Access your Documents: This allows you to open the folder with your original documentation in it.
